Our Story
Who We Are
Located in the Sierra Nevada Gold Country right off Highway 4, Avery Meadows Horse Ranch is a laid-back, down-to-earth horse boarding facility owned and operated by Tim and Jill Bottomley since 1998. The main goal at the ranch is for our boarders and their horses to have a relaxed environment where they can enjoy spending time together without feeling pressured, judged, or self conscious. Just ride.Â
We offer pasture boarding with twice daily feeding, an arena, round pen, and miles of riding right on the ranch. We also have direct access to the Arnold Rim Trail and thousands of acres of Forest Service Land.

Boarding
What we offer
Pasture Boarding
$350/ per horse per month
Your board includes a safe and secure place for your horse to roam. Each enclosure is fenced with high quality, no climb horse fencing with multiple accesses and sturdy gates. Your horse will be placed in a pasture that best suits it's age and temperament to ensure a relaxed and healthy environment.
Round Pens and Arena
And other amenities
Included in your board is use of our 50' and 65" pipe panel round pens and our 60' x 100' arena. All are centrally located and easily accessed from any part of the property. At the end of a nice ride or training session, cool down at the wash rack and unwind at any of the picnic tables.
Tack Rooms and
Trailer Parking
$50 ea/month
We offer use of a tack room and trailer parking each for an additional $50 per month.
